Uair an chloig suaimhnis agus ciúineas in aghaidh na seachtaine do dhaoine fásta. Is deis é an rang seo le haire a thabhairt duit féin sa saol gnóthach seo. Tiocfaidh tú amach as an rang seo ag mothú suaimhneach agus síochánta agus beidh tú níos muiníneach asat féin agus as do chinntí féin. Rachaimid trí 3 chineál aireachais le linn an ranga agus athróidh siad gach seachtain.Beimid ag díriú isteach ar ár gcolainn agus conas atáimid ag mothú, beimid ag úsáid an anáil agus ár samhlaíocht agus úsáidfimid uachtar láimhe freisin le cumailt láimhe a thabhairt dúinn féin. Tá sé feiliúnach do dhaoine atá cleachtadh rialta acu agus daoine nach ndearna aon chleachtadh aireachais cheana. Agus tá lascaine ar fáil má tá tú in ann clárú trí Ghaeilge, a bhuíochas le Gaeilge ABC.

An hour of relaxation and quiet per week for adults. This class is an opportunity for you to take some time out for yourself and look after yourself, while learning a cúpla focal as Gaeilge as well. You will walk away from this hour feeling more peaceful and relaxed and you will be more confident in yourself and your voice. We will be practising three different types of meditation throughout the class and they
will change from week to week. We will be focusing on the breath and on the body and how we are feeling. We will use our imagination and there will also be a guided, gentle hand massage.
These classes are suitable for everyone from experienced mediators to someone who has never meditated before.

Áit/Place: Bunscoil Bearna/Barna Primary School
Cathain/When: Thursdays from 7 – 8pm, 4 weeks starting 11 April
Cé/Who: adults with or without meditation experience
Infheistíocht/Investment: €40 for 4 weeks

The class is perfect for Irish learners or anyone with an interest in hearing the language
as everything will be done and explained bilingually.
